Our friends at
Rio
Manso Lodge are located in Northern Patagonia near the
border with Chile. Miles of pristine water are waiting for you
in the heart of Patagonia. Enjoy exceptional fly fishing and lodging at
this fine Orvis-Endorsed Lodge.
The lodge is nestled in Nahuel Huapi National Park, home to
virgin waters and lush forests. There are miles of still and
moving waters throughout the park with very little fishing
pressure.
At Rio Manso Lodge, you'll fish a wide variety of waters,
including large rivers, small streams, spring creeks, and deep
lakes that hold trophy trout. If you like big fish and technical
fishing, similar to our spring creeks in North America, you'll
really enjoy fishing the famous channels of Lago Hess. The
smooth currents here provide great dry fly action for some of
the largest trout in the area.
The fishing season in Argentina runs from the beginning of November
until the end of April. It is the exact opposite of our season here
in North America. For more information, please visit the links
below. Trips can be booked directly with Rio Manso Lodge. Please let
them know you were referred by their friends at Willowfly Anglers.
